Daniel Benus
Daniel Benus, Hungarian menswear designer was born in 1987. At the age of 14, he moved to the capital city, Budapest, where he majored in textile design at the Vocational High School of Fine and Applied Arts. He continued his studies at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design. He launched his first men’s collection in 2010. A year later, he received the “Young Fashion Designer of the Year” title at the 8th Fashion Awards Hungary.
Every collection of his is based on classical tailoring with a twist, using innovative shapes and fabrics. His creations are sometimes boyish, sometimes serious, but always harmonious and suitable for various occasions. Daniel is mostly inspired by sportswear and films from the 60's and 70's. His vision is progressive, eclectic and strong, the perfect choice for those who dare to be themselves.
