Hungarians on Oscars Red Carpet - Wearing Galla

We can't leave without a word the news about Hungarians winning an Oscar either.

Thirty-two years after Mephisto's win in 1982, Hungarian-made Holocaust drama “Son of Saul” earned the 2016 Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, making it the second Magyar movie ever to win an Oscar.

Congratulations to the cast and crew!

Hungarian media is full of excellent reviews and comments about the movie and winning the Oscar, so we don't want to concur them.

According to the subject of our site, we just want to add the information also about some fashion related representation on the Red Carpet, since the tuxedos of producer Gábor Rajna and cameraman Mátyás Erdélyi were made by the Hungarian designer Zoltán Péter Galla.
